This website is supplied by ONLY Cincinnati MLS. Depending on a particular custom search we have set up, you MAY see the homes for sale AND the homes under contract (just in case you live in the neighborhood or are cruising the neighborhood and see a sign in the yard).
Big sites that pull together homes for sale from other sources are not going to be as accurate. Once a home is fed to them, they may not get removed, so you’ll find homes that have been off market for months, and sometimes far longer than that.
By using our website you’re going to have the latest in up to date information. And if you want a custom search set up for you, just contact us and we’ll get that done. Same thing if you’re looking in northern Warren County or southern Dayton suburbs. Not all of those homes are listed in Cincinnati MLS, but since we’re members of both Cincinnati AND Dayton MLS, we can easily set you up to receive all MLS listed homes that match your needs.
If you call us to see a home that is already under contract (PENDING), we’ll let you know it’s under contract. From there, we can still go see the home (assuming the seller is open to further showings). But typically the first step we’ll take is to contact the listing agent and find out if there are any contract terms that would allow you to become #1 and not merely a back up offer for the home.
