Anyone local knows Mason Ohio is a top place to live, and Money Magazine’s Best Small Towns To Live list just reaffirmed it AGAIN!! Mason has some of the best rated public schools in the state. Solid business base. Great selection of housing. Plenty of dining and shopping. Recreational opportunities. Bike/jogging paths. Parks. Fantastic community center. Kings Island. The Beach Waterpark. Great Wolf Lodge. One of the world’s top tennis tournaments. Convenient commute to Cincinnati. We could go on and on for pages and pages, but we won’t, because we think you get the idea why Mason is on the list!
In 2011 Money magazine rated Mason #24 on the Best Small Towns To Live list, and this year they’ve moved up to #7!
Now one thing about the 2013 list that caught our eye was Springboro (#42 in 2011) wasn’t to be found. Obviously we don’t think Springboro has slipped, and then we found the small print on the list that describes the screening process. Only ONE town per county allowed on the list! So much for Warren County bagging more than one Top 100 place like they did in 2011!
