Most patio homes will be a minimum 1600 sq. ft of living space configured with at least 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a 2 car garage. Depending on floor plan selected and community, you can add additional interior living space (finished lower level, bump outs, etc.) and you can also add exterior living space with decks and/or patios.
