So now that you found us, what’s next? That’s totally up to you!
There are different options for you to choose:
OPTION A:
If you don’t have an agent helping you, then to us the decision is easy: HIRE US TO HELP YOU! You’ll get our full dedication helping you find the best possible home and community for your needs. That includes resale and new construction! If you’re buying, there’s no extra cost to you to hire us either! The sellers and builders have our fees built into their prices already!
OPTION B:
But what if you DO already have an agent? That’s where it gets way more challenging. We respect your relationship with another agent and don’t want to interfere with that relationship. You can continue that relationship, but understand that the best (and only) thing we can do for you is have you continue to poke around our sites and see if you and your agent can find the information you need. But know this, that is a gamble that we’ve published information about the PERFECT patio home community for your needs. Maybe we have, and maybe we haven’t.
OPTION C:
Have your agent refer you to us. It’s a win-win. You get ALL the patio home knowledge we have, and your agent gets part of the commission when we complete the sale. Sure it’s not 100% for them, but YOU make sure you have the best possible fit for one of the largest financial transactions you’ll ever make.
OPTION D:
Go completely solo. Go to that new construction builder and hope they take good care of you. Or go straight to the listing agent and hope you don’t wind up overpaying or otherwise find yourself with regrets later. And remember, neither the builder’s rep nor the listing agent work for YOU, but for the sellers.
