- FINALLY more homes to pick from! While slightly fewer sold in June than May, it was still a very good month for completed home sales in Warren County.
- Time to sell was essentially the same as the previous month.
- Prices were up when compared to the previous month.
- Luxury sales improved with 26 homes selling for $500k or more .
- Distressed (short sales and foreclosures) continued to be insignificant this month with 7 foreclosures and 0 short sales in the 338 sold homes. Currently the 785 homes for sale include 8 foreclosed homes and 2 short sales.
